| Chelis Apartments
This four story apartment complex has many rooms and has about three different buildings. The office sits in the middle next to the childrens' playground, and each room is reasonably large.

| Lil' Cafe
This cafe is open from 7:00AM to 7:30PM. They serve breakfast, lunch an dinner, and coffee can be ordered any time of the day.

| Chelis Mall
This mall has everything. Food court, clothing stores, Bed, Bath, & Beyond, jewlery stores, and even a tack store. Its the favorate hang out for everyone.

| Central Park
This park sits in the middle of the city, its a place where many come to relax. Trees are everywhere, most shade the path ways and benches.

| World Champion Race Track |
| The Track (1 sub-board)
This track is 1 mile long. It is a dirt track with bright green grass within the circle. Fans sit on one side and watch the races with excitment.

Horses come here warm up before the races, and when they aren't getting ready for the moment they are training.

| Fair Grounds
This is where the fair takes place before and after the races. There is cotton candy, games, and other such there. You can even visit a few of the horses as they pass through.

| Stables
This is where the horses stay when they wait for the races. The horses that live here are mostly retired thoroughbreds or the Quarter Horses that lead the racers to the starting line.

| Ranches & Farm Land |
| Lancer Thoroughbred Ranch
This ranch has a small stable, in which he will be using for Raising his horses. He only has one horse, who is known as I'm Not Famous. He also let's other's board here, and is looking for ranch hands.
